Blackberry Lavender Italian Soda
Have you ever had an Italian soda? How about a blackberry lavender Italian soda? The mixture of fruit juice with soda and cream is divine. These Drinks are so delicious and beautiful. If you are lucky enough to grow your own Blackberries then you are in luck with this recipe! Sweet and slightly tart with a hint of herby lavender and rounded with a delicious fresh cream, they seem to have been designed for one another.

If you don’t have blackberries try dewberry, boysenberry, acinus, raspberries, blueberries or loganberries
The ingredient list for this easy drink is short and sweet. Blackberries, sugar, water, lemon juice, Sparkling water (club soda or La Croix), lavender simple syrup, and heavy cream.

Use these beautiful pink glasses to have this beautiful blackberry lavender Italian sodas on display for your guests. To make the lavender garnish take a stem of dried lavender about 6-8 inches long and remove the leaves and buds from the bottom half. Thread the blackberries up along the bare stem right through the middle of the berry.
Blackberry & Lavender Italian Soda
Ingredients
- 8 oz Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lavender simple Syrup
- 24 oz Sparkling Water
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan heat water, sugar, blackberries, and lemon juice until simmering. remove from heat and add lavender syrup. Strain the juices from the pulp.In an 8 oz. Glass add Blackberry juice, sparkling water, and 2 tbsp heavy cream. stir together and enjoy over Ice.
