- 8 oz Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 4 oz Parmesan Cheese grated
- 16 oz Artichoke quarted and cooked
- 2 bunches Fresh Spinach
- 1-2 tsp Salt
- 1-2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1.In a Cast Iron Sauce Pan Add butter and garlic cook for 1 minute until garlic is aromatic2. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes3. Add Heavy Whipping Cream and salt3. Add fresh, grated romano and parmesan cheeseMix together over medium heat until thick like Alfredo sauceAdd spinach (fresh is best) Quarter and Cook artichokeSalt Pepper to tasteTop with mozzarella cheese and stick under the broiler until lightly toastedServe with tortilla chips or toasted bread
