Spinach Artichoke Dip

Creamy, Chunky, Warm spinach dip that you can serve with confidence at any party

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic paste
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 pint Heavy Cream
  • 4 oz Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 16 oz Artichoke quarted and cooked
  • 2 bunches Fresh Spinach
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • 1-2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Equipment

  • Large Cast Iron Pan

Method
 

  1. 1.In a Cast Iron Sauce Pan Add butter and garlic cook for 1 minute until garlic is aromatic
    2. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes
    3. Add Heavy Whipping Cream and salt
    3. Add fresh, grated romano and parmesan cheese
    Mix together over medium heat until thick like Alfredo sauce
    Add spinach (fresh is best)
    Quarter and Cook artichoke
    Salt Pepper to taste
    Top with mozzarella cheese and stick under the broiler until lightly toasted
    Serve with tortilla chips or toasted bread
