Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Granular Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 3 drops Lavender essential oil

Equipment

  • Candy Thermometer
  • sucker mould

Method
 

  1. Mix the sugar, water, and honey in a pot on the stove. Insert the candy thermometer and boil until the temperature reaches the hard crack stage about 295° F.
    Remove from the heat and stir in the essential oil.
    Pour into the candy mould and insert the stick. Let cool for 3 hours.
    remove from the mould and serve with your choice of tea.
